Good Evening, FPC Children, Youth, and Families!

I hope you are all staying health and well. Please enjoy this week’s activities as we continue to observe Palm Sunday and Holy Week!
Something to READ
Click here for this week’s story about Palm Sunday. I encourage you to try some of the suggested discussions/activities described after the story!
(Something to think about: What does the word “Hosanna” mean to us today?)

Something to VIEW
Click here to view my second “Sunday Morning Story Time with Bailey & Friends” during which my brother Brett and I read Only One You/Nadie Como Tu by Linda Kranz in both English and Spanish (with the help of our puppet friends, of course)!

Grief Resource: This week I also recorded a reading of Cry, Heart, But Never Break by Glenn Ringtved for any children who are experiencing grief and loss. You can access this video any time here.

Something to COLOR
Click here to download and print a pack of five coloring pages for children based on the life of Jesus.

Click here to download and print coloring pages and reflections for teens and adults to meditate upon during Holy Week (provided by our friends at Illustrated Ministry).

Something to DO
It’s time to prepare for Easter, and what better way to do so than to bake some traditional hot cross buns with your family? Use the Food Network’s recipe here, dig out an old family recipe, or find your own online to make some delicious homemade buns! Enjoy them with your coffee while we worship together on Facebook Live this Easter Sunday. (And send us pictures!)

Speaking of Facebook, I am continuing to post fun content, music, resources, and more on our Facebook Page. If you don’t already “like” and follow our Page, now is the time to do so! And be sure to tune in on Facebook Live every Sunday for a sermon/scripture from Lindsay at 10:00, story time with me at approximately 0:25, and music from Ben at 10:40!

All the best,
